Purpose: Digitalization is having a significant impact on the way work is organised within companies. The aim of this research is to explore the different perspectives of this digitalisation and its impact on working conditions. Method: The systematic review is a research method that enables a wide range of research articles published in quality scientific journals between 2000 and 2024 to be examined in depth. This ensures a solid base of knowledge and analysis from which to draw relevant conclusions. Results: The results of this review will make it possible to determine which forms of digitalization are the most studied in the scientific literature and what impact they have on the transformation of working conditions. Conclusions: The results of this systematic literature review have enabled us, on the one hand, to discover trends in the digitalisation of work and new working conditions, and on the other, to identify areas requiring further research and to offer professionals valuable information to help them make informed decisions and optimise the use of digitalization within their organisations to improve working conditions.
